These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ProtocolPulse website, software, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using ProtocolPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional terms that may apply to specific features or services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must have authority to represent your department or organization if you create an account or request services on its behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Permitted Use
You may use ProtocolPulse only for lawful, professional, and authorized purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service to transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized content.
4. Clinical and Operational Responsibility
ProtocolPulse provides a platform for storing and presenting departmental protocols. It does not replace medical judgment, local medical direction, training, or departmental policy. Your organization is responsible for reviewing, approving, and validating the accuracy and applicability of all protocols before use.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, network issues, browser limitations, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect availability.
6. Intellectual Property
ProtocolPulse, including its branding, design, software, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform except as expressly authorized in writing.
7. User Content and Department Materials
You retain ownership of the protocols, documents, and other materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit those materials as needed to provide the service.
8. Fees and Billing
If your department purchases a subscription or custom implementation, fees, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellation terms will be described in your order form, proposal, or separate agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using ProtocolPulse, you acknowledge that policy and consent to the handling of information as described there.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProtocolPulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, or used the service in a way that could harm us, other users, or the public.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
